The content of this section would match the workshop actually
given on creating and administering tests and surveys with Blackboard.
This section is for users of Blackboard who would like to use
the program to administer tests and surveys. Best practices in
designing tests, creating tests and question pools, and both the
potential and inherent limitations of using Blackboard for test
administration will be discussed.
