Currently, I work full-time as an Instructional Designer at Seton Hall University in South Orange, New Jersey, assisting faculty and students with integrating instructional technologies into their classroom. I’m finishing my Ed.M. at Teachers College at Columbia University in Instructional Technology and Media. My particular academic interests include emerging technologies that explore and facilitate innovative yet effective learning spaces, situated learning and collaborative learning communities such as multiuser virtual environments and worlds. Design of these environments, integration into the curriculum, and assessment of learning outcomes in these spaces is an important part of my work.

I am also creating a limited part-time “side-business” to help small business owners in my community with social media marketing and web design.  This part of my life is fun and I love to get out into ”main-street” to help others find creative marketing ideas on a shoe-string budget. This venue also gives me the opportunity to refresh my web design and image editing skills.
